How do I send back my Exchange or Return? Standard USPS (Postal Service) is fine, however, we recommend that you use some trackable delivery method -- USPS offers Delivery Confirmation for a nominal fee.

Exchange Policy: Urban Boundaries accepts exchanges postmarked within 90 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In order to expedite your Exchange, please fill out the Exchange Request Form (found at the bottom of this page) in full. Urban Boundaries will ship the exchanged items FREE of charge back to you! Requests for Exchanges not postmarked within 90 days of purchase may be refused or may take longer to process.

Return Policy: Urban Boundaries accepts returns postmarked within 90 days of purchase. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must include a completed Return Request Form (found at the bottom of this page) to qualify for a full refund. Urban Boundaries will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. If you need to return an item past the 90 day window, please contact us at info@urbanboundaries.com to request an RA# -- in most cases we can accommodate your request.. Urban Boundaries will be unable to issue a refund for shipping and handling fees unless the return is a function of an error made on our part.

 

I Received a DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED item! From time to time, items will be damaged in transit. You are NOT responsible for return shipping on a defective item. Please contact us via email at info@urbanboundaries.com and we will ship you a REPLACEMENT item immediately and arrange to send you a postage paid envelope to return the defective / damaged item.
