Guaranteed Delivery by December 24th
Effective Friday, 12/14/12, if you have an order that must be delivered on or before December 24th, you must select UPS as the carrier. Orders that select our standard $4.95 flat rate ground (USPS) or free shipping will NOT be guaranteed for delivery by 12/24/12 if placed after Thursday, 12/13/12. The cutoff dates by UPS Service Levels can be seen below:

Exceptions for not delivered by December 24th
  • UPS is not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or International orders
  • If we are supplied with bad address information, UPS typically requires one day to resolve any bad addresses. This may result in your package failing to be delivered by 12/24/12.
  • If your order is not placed by the Last Order Date cutoffs by service level, it cannot be guaranteed for delivery by 12/24/12.
  • If you have your package delivered to a business address where no one is available on 12/24/12, your package may not be delivered on 12/24/12.
  • If you choose Pay Pal as your payment method, you must process as an INSTANT PAYMENT. If you elect e-Check or any payment that is not instantaneous, your package will NOT be delivered by 12/24/12.
Our Commitment to You
If your order is placed within the guidelines set forth it will be delivered by December 24th. If it is not delivered by 12/24/12, we will issue you a FULL REFUND and you may keep the items.
