Urban Boundaries got our start in December of 1995. Over the years our identity as an online retailer has morphed into what it we are today. We work tirelessly to eliminate the middle man whenever possible and are importing more and more of our own private label goods allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers.
We believe in “getting it right” for our customers. Our no hassle exchange and return policy is at the heart of the policy. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for a refund within 6 months of the purchase date. If for some reason there is an issue with a product you received but you don’t want to return it, we will gladly swap the item out via an exchange to ensure you are completely satisfied.
