How Quickly Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in one to two business days! (with exception to holidays) Most orders received on Friday through Sunday, will ship the following Monday (excludes holidays).

We now offer $4.95 flat rate shipping on ANY SIZE order. Most orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. No tracking numbers are issued for our flat rate $3.95 ground shipping. Get FREE SHIPPING when you spend $25 orders or more. In addition to our flat rate shipping, you have several other shipping options from which you may choose:
 
USPS Express Mail (1-2 Day): This is a 1-2 Day Guaranteed delivery. You will be emailed your tracking # at time of shipment.
UPS Ground (3-5 Days): All orders originate in the state of Missouri. Delivery time for most UPS Ground shipments is 2-4 days depending upon the final destination. Tracking #'s will be emailed to you at time of shipment.
UPS 2nd (Business Day) Air: Guaranteed delivery 2 days FROM date of shipment. For example, if you place the order on Monday, the package will ship on Tuesday, and will be delivered on Thursday (2 days FROM date of shipment).
UPS Next Business Day Air Saver (by 3:00 p.m.): Guarantees delivery of package one day after shipment. For example, place your order on Monday before 2:00 p.m. CT and the package will be delivered on Tuesday. Place your order after 2:00 p.m. CT and your order will be delivered two days from date of placement. Next Day Air guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., Next Day Air Saver by 3:00 p.m.

You will be able to review your shipping fees at your shopping cart prior to check out.
We currently offer international shipping to 40+ Countries via USPS First Class International Mail. A list of the countries that we ship to along with shipping bands and time in transit can be found below. PLUS, use the currency converter to determine the cost of shipping to your country. Due to the Canadian Postal strike, we are unable to provide service to Canada at this time (effective 6/13/11).

What is your exchange & return policy?
 
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase -- for any reason -- return the product within 90 days from date of purchase and we'll issue you a refund for the purchase price, no questions asked.

How do I send back my Exchange or Return? Standard USPS (Postal Service) is fine, however, we recommend that you use some trackable delivery method -- USPS offers Delivery Confirmation for a nominal fee.

Exchange Policy: Urban Boundaries accepts exchanges postmarked within 90 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In order to expedite your Exchange, please fill out the Exchange Request Form (found at the bottom of this page) in full. Urban Boundaries will ship the exchanged items FREE of charge back to you! Requests for Exchanges not postmarked within 90 days of purchase may be refused.

Return Policy: Urban Boundaries accepts returns postmarked within 90 days of purchase. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must include a completed Return Request Form (found at the bottom of this page) to qualify for a full refund. Urban Boundaries will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Requests for Returns not postmarked within 90 days of purchase may be refused. Urban Boundaries will be unable to issue a refund on shipping and handling fees unless the return is a function of an error made on our part.

  If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us via email at support@urbanboundaries.com or Toll Free (877) 829-6004.

Please do not return an item you believe was shipped in error without contacting us first. You are in no way responsible for return shipping but we will be unable to refund your return shipping fees. If we need to retrieve the item, we will send you a postage paid return bag at our expense along with a replacement item.

  Most order ship in 1-2 business days from date of order placement excluding orders placed on holidays or weekends. Typical ground shipping takes 3-5 business days from date of shipment for delivery. If you believe that at least 7 business days has passed since order placement, you may contact our Customer Support team via email. We will respond to all inquiries within one business day (excluding holidays).
